Euro sweepstake for hospice

Businesses, clubs and organisations across Liverpool, Sefton and West Lancashire are being urged to set up a Euro 2016 sweepstake in aid of St. Joseph’s Hospice (Jospice).

By taking part, the charity could raise thousands of pounds to support patients receiving specialist end of life care at the 29-bed Inpatient Unit in Thornton.

The tournament kicks of this Friday 10th June so download a sweepstake card now.

Over half of the funds collected will go straight to support the hospice with the remaining funds used as a prize fund for those who are lucky enough to pick the top three winning teams.

Mike Parr, Chief Executive of St Joseph’s Hospice, said: “This is a great opportunity for local organisations to have a bit of fun during Euro 2016 whilst raising money for the hospice at the same time.

“Any donation big or small makes a difference as it helps us to continue providing specialist end of life care to our patients from across Liverpool, Sefton and West Lancashire.”
